IS A Recovery Group Right for You?
Group may be the right next step if you’re ready for more than private effort, occasional motivation, or trying to manage recovery by yourself.
This is for men who...
...need consistent accountability, not just good intentions.
...are ready to be honest with other men who understand the fight.
...want structure, brotherhood, and a recovery rhythm.
...know isolation is keeping them stuck.
If you’re tired of trying to do recovery alone, a group can help you stay connected to the work.
